In the right zone, you can play cards of the same suit and +1 value, starting from the Ace (or Excuse for the Trump suit). For instance, you can play the Ace of diamonds, then the 2 of diamonds, and so on. In the bottom zone, you can play cards with a value of +/- 1 compared to your playing card and of a different color. For example, on a black queen, you can play either a red king or a red cavalry.

Crapette is a compounding game, meaning that if someone fails to call another person's Crapette, it is also considered a Crapette, and they can be punished for it. Before drawing a card, it is important to think if there is a playable card in your discard or on the neutral zone. If there is, you must play it; otherwise, you commit a "crapette," and your opponents can take advantage of this by making you turn two cards.
